When you submit a booking request, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Country of residence
• Travel date and number of guests
• Any additional notes you provide

We do not collect payment information. All payments are arranged directly.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process and respond to your tour booking request
• To send you a booking confirmation email
• To contact you regarding your reservation via WhatsApp or email

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third Parties

• WhatsApp (Meta): Your booking details are shared via WhatsApp to facilitate communication. Meta's privacy policy applies.
• Resend: We use Resend to send transactional emails. Your email address is processed by Resend solely for delivery.
• Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process technical data (IP address, request logs) per their privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking data for up to 2 years for business record purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Data portability
